How to use chats in RemOnline

Chats in RemOnline allow your managers to communicate with potential and existing clients in different channels without leaving the CRM system.

Features of Chats in RemOnline:

  • notifications about new messages from followers

  • messaging with prospects on the Chats page in RemOnline (including viewing media files)

  • closing and opening chats

  • history of all messages with followers

  • setting up access permissions to specific channels for employees
