To assign an employee to a chat, open the desired chat and select the employee in the field above the chat.
To assign a chat to yourself, select the “Assign to yourself” option or write a message in the chat.
Each new assignment is displayed in the chat.
To unassign chat, just click on the assignment field and choose "Unassigned".
Please note:
To be able to assign other employees, they must have access to the Chats section and to the channel in which this chat was created.
Only one employee can be assigned to one chat.
An employee can be automatically assigned to a chat in two cases:
if an employee sends a message to a chat that has no assigned employee;
when an employee initiates a chat.
