In RemOnline you can initiate messages in WhatsApp and SMS channels, even for those customers you have not yet had a chat with. This is a convenient way to start communicating with new customers and ensure prompt information exchange. In this article, we'll show you how to use this feature in a few simple steps.
To initiate a message, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Chats section and click + Chat.
2. Fill in the following fields:
Client – select which customer you want to start a conversation with. You can also create a new client by clicking the "+" sign in the client data field.
Channel – select one from the available connected channels (WhatsApp, SMS, or Viber) through which you want to communicate with the client. The list of channels available to an employee depends on the channel settings.
Phone – here you can choose a phone number for this chat.
Please note: the list of phone numbers depends on the selected channel.
3. Once all the fields are filled in, click Continue.
At this stage, the system will check if the selected chat already exists. If so, it will open.
If there is no chat, a new one will open with information about the client (name, client card, documents) and the name of the communication channel.
