Exploring RemOnline Subscription Plans: Features and Pricing Details
The starting price of the Startup, Business and Enterprise plans includes 3 employees and 1 location. You can add more for an additional fee.
There is a fixed number of employees (2) and locations (1) in the Hobby plan. You cannot add more to this plan.
The Hobby Subscription Plan is ideal for individual entrepreneurs and companies only launching their business in the services market sector (up to 100 orders per month). This is the only plan with a limit on the number of work orders and sales. There are no such restrictions in other plans.
Hobby Plan contains the minimum functionality required for business management:
work order and client accounting;
inventory and inventory serialization;
available integrations: WhatsApp, Viber, RO Pay, Xero, Zapier, ApiX-Drive, LiveChat, Facebook Leads, RemOnline Companion Plugin etc.
Hobby is the only Subscription Plan where you can have up to 1 location and up to 2 employees.
In the Startup plan, you can add up to 15 employees and use the following features:
processing of leads
analytics (company KPIs, Dashboard, Assortment Analysis Report)
Activity Log report (for the last 30 days)
available integrations (additionally to the available in previous Plan): Instagram, Facebook, Zadarma, Twilio Voice, Twilio, BulkSms, Vehicle VIN LookUp, Smartphone IMEI Lookup, Order Status Widget, Binotel, Kcell, Moldcell, Beeline Kyrgyzstan, Custom Integration with Online Stores, PROM.UA, Deal.by, Satu.kz, Prom.md etc.
In the Business subscription plan, you can add up to 150 employees and access the following functionality:
configure status time limits
activate bin locations for your inventory products
extended access rights settings in warehouses
extended access rights settings in cashboxes
all integrations are available.

You can add a Payer system field to the work order form, thus setting apart a client and a work order payer.
In the Feedback settings, you have access to the Like/Dislike and NPS rating systems. Moreover, you can customize the response to feedback, depending on the customer's rating.

The Custom Integration with online stores does not limit the number of files
In the Activity Log Report, you can view your employees’ actions in the account for any period.
