How to Pay for Your RemOnline Subscription by Card

1. Go to the Settings > Subscription page, select a Plan and hit the Buy now button.

2. Choose the billing period and payment method Credit / Debit card.

3. Learn the terms of use and tick the checkbox identifying you agree to them. Click the Continue button to open the payment window in a new tab.

Enter your Visa / MasterCard / WebMoney / UnionPay credit card details and click the Complete payment button.

After the first payment, the specified credit card will be saved, so you don’t need to enter its details or process additional verification during the next payment. Moreover, auto-renewal of your subscription will be enabled after the first payment. Learn more about auto-renewal settings in this article.

How to Pay for Your RemOnline Subscription by Invoices, SWIFT, or SEPA Bank Transfer

We accepted:

  • payment by Invoices for EU customers (SEPA payments) in EUR (calculated by the currency exchange rate on invoice date)

  • payment by Invoices for all other locations in EUR (calculated by the currency exchange rate on invoice date) using SWIFT transfers (all commissions on the customer side)

1. Go to the Settings > Subscription page, select a Plan and hit the Buy now button.

2. Choose the billing period and payment method Request Invoice.

3. Learn the terms of use and tick the checkbox identifying you agree to them. Click the Continue button.

4. After that, the chat will automatically open, in which a request for an invoice will be automatically written (indicating the Plan and billing period). Send a message and receive an invoice from support.

5. Pay the invoice when it comes in. Once the payment is received, your subscription will be extended and you'll receive a confirmation from our customer support team.
