The Ad Campaigns report shows the number of clients, leads, work orders, sales, average sales, and the profit received from each advertising campaign for the selected period.

You can use this report to analyze the results of each advertising campaign by KPIs.

To generate the report go to the page Reports > Marketing > Ad Campaigns.

Data for this report comes from the Ad campaign system field filled in a lead, work order, or sale. For more details on how to set up advertising campaigns in RemOnline, please refer to the link.

The report is formed by 3 main parameters:

1. Period. Select the period for which the report will be generated: today, yesterday, this week, current month, last week, last month, or custom.

2. Location. Select one / several / all locations (if there are more than one).

3. Clients. This parameter allows you to form a report on different groups of clients:

  • All. You’ll see the work orders and sales of new and existing clients as well as leads/sales in which no client is created (or is not listed).

  • New. You’ll see the work orders, sales, and leads that were created during the ad campaign.

  • Regular. You’ll see the existing work orders, sales, and leads or those ones that were created before the beginning of the advertising campaign (if the campaign has a start and end date).

After setting the required parameters, click Apply.

The report is generated for each advertising campaign which corresponds to the defined parameters and consists of the following columns:

Ad Campaign. This column displays the campaigns that were running during the specified period.

Clients. This column shows the number of unique clients according to leads, work orders, and sales (depending on the parameter above).

Leads. This column shows the number of leads and percentage of conversion to successful work orders or sales (for leads with the "Ad campaign" field filled in).

Work Orders. This column displays the quantity, sum, average value, and profit of work orders with the "Ad campaign" field filled in.

Sales. This column displays the quantity, sum, average value, and profit of sales with the "Ad campaign" field filled in.

Total. This column displays the total sum and profit.

To sort data in the table, click on a column name.

The bottom of the table displays summary metrics and amounts for all promotional campaigns for the selected period.

You can print or download the report to your PC as an Excel file using the Print and Export buttons.
