  • Can view contacts table — allows viewing contact base on the “Contacts” page (main dashboard with contact profiles and details). Otherwise, the “Contacts” section in the right menu sidebar is disabled and never shown

  • Can view the customers — allows viewing contact profiles of your contacts (buyers). When turned off, the user will be unable to use the auto-select feature for data entry (i.e. when creating new Orders in the system). This potentially calls for a duplicate issue.

  • Can view the suppliers — allows viewing contact profiles of your suppliers (vendors). When turned off, the user will be unable to use the auto-select feature for data entry (i.e. when creating new Postings in the system). This potentially calls for a duplicate issue.

  • Can view the contact balance — allows viewing balances directly in contact profiles or when making a corresponding selection in Orders, Sales, and Postings

  • Can adjust contact balance — allows adjusting balances in contact profiles. Otherwise, the “+ Balance adjustment” button is disabled and never shown in contact profiles

  • Can edit contact — allows editing details in contact profiles (name, mobile, address, custom fields)

  • Can delete a contact — allows making contact profiles and details completely removed from the system. Otherwise, the “Delete” button is disabled in contact profiles and never shown on the “Contacts” page or elsewhere

  • Can see calls — allows accessing the “Calls” tab in the dialog window of the Contact to check dialing list or listen to call recordings

  • Can edit personal contact discount — gives access to personal discount setup in contact profiles. Otherwise, corresponding fields can not be modified

  • Can export data — enables the “Export” button to save the contact base in the Excel file format

  • Can import data — enables the “Import” button to download the contact base in RemOnline using external data in the Excel file format.
