You can filter chats by two parameters: channels and assigned employees.
To do this, simply click the filter button at the bottom of the page and select the channels and employees whose chats you want to see. Now, the list of active chats will contain only chats that match the selected parameters.
You can also filter chats without assigned employees.
In addition, a filter by status is available:
“All” - shows all chats without restrictions.
“My” - shows only those chats to which the current employee is assigned.
