How to work with the board for work orders and estimates?

The work order board is a visual table in which each column displays a different status of work orders.

Working with the Work Order Board

To view orders in a single column, you can scroll by hovering over the column or using the slider on the right side.

In the work order board, the columns display the created documents according to the status group. For example, the statuses can include New, Processing, In progress, Diagnostic, etc.

Setting up filters:

Configure filters to display work orders based on criteria such as status, vendor, customer, order type, etc.

You can set up filters by going to the general table with orders and performing the following steps:

1. Click on "Filter" and select the necessary combinations for the future filter.

2. Click "Create filter". In the new window that opens, specify the name and parameters for this filter, and then click the "Save" button. You're done!

1. View work orders:

  • On the work order board, you see orders in the form of cards arranged in the appropriate columns.

  • Cards can contain work order information such as work order number, customer, date, amount, and other details.

2. Update work order statuses:

1 option. To change the work order status, press and hold the work order card, then drag it to the desired column. After dragging, the work order status is automatically updated in the system.

2 option. Click on the work order status and select the next one.

3. option. Open the desired document, click on the status and select the one you want to replace it with. Click "Save" to move the work order to the next status.

Edit work order details via the work order board

To edit order details, click on the work order card. A window with full information about the work order will open, where you can make the necessary changes.

Click the Save or Save and Close button. The changes made will be updated in the work order board automatically.

Check the work order board regularly to keep all work orders under control and respond quickly to changes.
