We're excited to introduce a new feature to the Chat module in RemOnline, designed to improve your communication with customers! You can now attach images directly to your chats, making it easier than ever to share essential visuals.

Supported Image Formats

You can now send up to 5 images in a single message in the following formats:

  • JPEG

  • JPG

  • PNG

  • GIF

File Size Limits

Each channel has its file size limitations:

  • WhatsApp and SMS by Twilio: Up to 5 MB

  • Facebook and Instagram: Up to 8 MB

  • Viber and Telegram: Up to 8 MB

How to Attach Images

Adding images is simple:

  1. Browse Files: Click the attachment icon and choose the image from your files.

  2. Drag and Drop: Drag your image file into the chat window.

Here you’ll find the step-by-step instructions.

With these new capabilities, you can easily share photos of assets, documents, and other important images. To enhance your experience, our next update will include the ability to attach files such as PDFs, XLS, and more to your customer chats.
