In the “Contacts” section of the mobile app, there are two separate tabs: People and Organizations. You can also enable filters by contact type (“Clients”, “Suppliers,” or “All”).
How to create a contact in the RemOnline app
To create a new contact in the app, go to the “Contacts” section and click on the “+” button.
Select the contact type (‘Person’ or “Organization”) and fill in the profile.
You can link organizations to people and people to organizations. To do this, in the corresponding section of the client form, click Link person/organization.
Important: you can link several people to one organization. However, only one organization can be linked to a person.
Save the created profile.
Please note that by clicking on the button in the upper right corner, you can edit the contact card you have created or share a link to it.
How to edit a contact in the RemOnline app
To edit contact information, open the corresponding contact card and click on the button in the upper right corner to select “Edit.”
Please note that although the contact's discounts are displayed in their profile in the app, they cannot be edited there. Contact discounts can only be edited in the web version.
After making the necessary changes, click “Save.”
