How to use Scheduler in the RemOnline mobile application: main features

In the RemOnline Work Orders mobile application, you can work with the Order Scheduler.

The Scheduler is a necessary tool for companies that provide services by appointment. It allows you to efficiently work with records and objectively assess the workload of employees and location resources.

Setting up the Scheduler card in the mobile app

Before you start working in the Scheduler, you can customize the order card to display exactly the data you need in the mobile application. Since the card is small, we recommend that you select only the most important fields that you need to see when viewing the Scheduler.

Go to Settings > Scheduler. This shows all the fields available for viewing in the mobile app.

You can:

  • Swap the order of the fields. To do this, hold down the field line on the right and drag it to the desired location.

  • Add a field by clicking on the “+” sign.

  • Delete a field by clicking on the line on the left and confirming the action.

Thus, you customize the appearance of the order card in the Scheduler.

To go to the Scheduler, click on the Scheduler icon on the main screen in the mobile application. Click on the location on top to switch between locations.

Viewing options for the Scheduler

There are two modes of Scheduler display: month and week.

To turn on the month view of the Scheduler, click on the calendar icon in the upper right corner. To view it in week mode, click on the same icon.

The next time you access the Scheduler page in the mobile app, it will be displayed in the mode you last opened it.

You can move to the next week/month by dragging the window left/right in the view mode you need.

Viewing appointments and orders in the Scheduler

The days for which you have appointments are marked with an orange indicator. To view the records, click on the day you need. A list of order cards will appear, and by clicking on them, you will open the entire order.

If there is no indicator, there are no appointments.

Filter orders in the Scheduler

To filter the orders that are displayed in the Scheduler, click the filter in the upper left corner. You can filter by several parameters:

  • Status

  • Order type

  • Manager

  • Assigned Specialist

Click on the filter, select the options you need, and click Done to save the settings.

Now, only the orders that match the filter conditions will be displayed in the Scheduler.

Creating an order from the Scheduler

To create an order directly in the Scheduler:

1. Switch to the day you need.

2. Click the “+” in the upper right corner.

3. Select the type of order.

4. Fill in all the required information.

5. Click “Save”.

Done! The order is created and, if the "Scheduled for" field is set, is displayed in the Scheduler.
