The notification system in RemOnline allows you to set up manual and automatic sending of notifications.
Automatically send notifications to clients and employees only about certain events in work orders, leads, and tasks. Learn more about setting up such notifications in this article.
For other situations, you can send notifications manually (SMS, WhatsApp, Viber, Email) from a work order, client profile, or invoice document. Setting up mass notifications is not currently available.
To send SMS messages, you must have an integration with one of the SMS gateways listed in the Settings > Integrations page.
