Changing Plans While Subscription is Inactive

You can switch your Plan or adjust the location/employee quantity only after renewing your current RemOnline Plan for at least 1 month.

Important: even if you need to reduce the number of employees or locations, you still need to renew the current Plan for at least 1 month to be able to edit the number of employees or locations. After that, the subscription duration of your Plan will be recalculated.

For example, if after renewing the Plan you reduce the number of employees, the subscription period will be automatically extended. And vice versa, if you add employees or locations, the subscription period will be reduced according to the number of added objects.
