At RO App, we are gradually introducing AI-powered features in both our mobile app and web version. In this article, you will learn about the AI tools available in the web version: automatic chat suggestions, audio message transcription, and call transcription. These features help you save time and improve the efficiency of your communication with clients.

If you have many suggested replies and don't have time to always look for the right one, check out the AI-powered suggested replies feature. Just enable it in the list of suggested replies in the chat, and the system will automatically offer you up to 3 saved replies for each first message from a client.

Click the transcription icon next to the audio message from the client to quickly view its text and not waste time listening to it again in search of the necessary information.

Similar to audio message transcription, you can get a text version of incoming and outgoing calls up to 20 minutes long. Just click the transcription icon and wait a few minutes. As a result, you will receive a structured transcription where each line is marked with the corresponding role — “Manager” or “Client,” which greatly simplifies the analysis of the conversation.

These are just the first AI-powered tools in the web version of RO App. We are already working on expanding this functionality, so you will soon have even more smart solutions for your daily tasks. 🙌
