What are AI-suggested replies and how do they work?

When your company receives a lot of chat requests, it's important to respond to clients quickly and accurately. The AI-suggested replies feature will help you with this! It analyzes incoming messages and suggests appropriate saved replies, which significantly reduces response time and ensures a consistent communication style.

How to turn on the AI-suggested replies?

1. Add at least one saved reply in the chat settings.

2. Enable the AI-suggested replies feature in the saved replies window by clicking the corresponding button.

Done!

This feature uses OpenAI artificial intelligence, which involves transferring the text of messages to a third-party service.

How do AI-suggested replies work?

1. AI-suggested replies are available for:

  • new chats after the first client message;

  • all chats where more than 1 week has passed since the last message and the client messaged you again.

2. After receiving a message, the system will analyze it and offer up to 3 most relevant saved replies.

Please note that automatic recommendations only work with saved RemOnline replies. WhatsApp templates from Twilio will not be suggested by the system.

3. When you select one of the suggested saved replies, its text is automatically inserted into the message input field.

In addition, you can always edit or add to the text before sending it to make your reply even more precise.
