In the latest update, we've made it easier than ever to manage client communications across RemOnline. Along with improving chat accessibility, we’ve also focused on enhancing the media gallery within the chat module, enabling seamless access to all shared media files.

Cross-Platform Access to Chats

With improved chat accessibility, your client communications are always just a click away, no matter where you are in RemOnline. Whether you're on the orders page, reviewing a client profile, or anywhere else with a customer phone number, you can start or continue a conversation without interrupting your workflow.

When you hover over a client's phone number, a convenient pop-over menu appears, displaying all available communication methods. From here, you can quickly choose how you’d like to contact the client—be it a phone call, SMS, or chat.

If there are existing conversations with the client, you’ll be able to see a full list of open chats, organized by the client’s phone numbers. Need to start a new chat? No problem—you can do so directly from this popover menu.

This update provides greater flexibility and faster access to client communications, ultimately improving the efficiency of your team’s workflow.

Enhanced Media Gallery in Chats

We’ve also introduced improvements to the media gallery within the chat module. Now, you can browse all images sent and received in a single chat, making it easier to find the media files you need without scrolling through an entire conversation.

Whether you're sharing product images or discussing project details, everything is organized for quick access, enhancing your experience with media sharing and ensuring important visuals are always at your fingertips.
