We're excited to introduce the latest update, encompassing the web version of RemOnline and the mobile Work Orders app. We've also recently released some UI enhancements to the Work Schedule. This update is designed to streamline your operations and boost productivity, offering exciting new features to smooth your workflow. Let's explore the details!

Introducing Sales and Services Sections in the Work Orders App

The new Sales section allows you to sell products to your customers effortlessly with just a few taps. Adding products to a sale is a breeze – you can choose items from a list or scan barcodes directly within the app, saving you time and reducing the risk of errors.

In addition, the Services section lets you check service prices directly within the app, providing instant transparency to your customers.

The latest version of the RemOnline Work Orders app is now available for download. Don't miss out – update now to experience the latest features and enhancements!

My Company Section in the RemOnline Web Version

We've reorganized the data within the system to provide you with easier access to essential information. As a result, we've introduced the new My Company section in the main menu. This section includes the Dashboard, employees' Work Schedules, Services, and Products, giving you convenient access to your company's key data.

Also, let's highlight the latest enhancements to the Work Schedule UI. In response to your feedback, we've improved the Work Schedule UI to make it even more user-friendly:

  • Weeks are visually separated in the monthly view, making understanding each week's schedule more manageable.

  • Employees who work in multiple locations are now color-coded for clarity. Working hours in the selected location are displayed with a blue background, and working hours in other locations have a white background.

  • The current day is highlighted for quick reference.

  • Double-click the date to tick this day for all employees and edit it in bulk.

  • Double-click on the working hours counter to switch from hours to days.

Note that the Analytics section is no longer in the main menu. As mentioned, the dashboard is now in the My Company section. The Business Insights and Assortment Analysis have been placed in the Reports section.

Updates on the Horizon

  • Improvements to the work order scheduler in the web app.

  • Two-way integration with WhatsApp

  • Editing of inventory postings, transfers, and write-offs.
