How to view sales in a mobile app?

To work with sales, open the Sales section. In this section, you can filter and view created sales, create a new sale.

If you have several locations, you can select the desired one and view sales in it.

Using the filter, you can sort sales by creation date and by employee.

Opening the created sale, we see:

  • Clients' information;

  • Table of product and services;

  • Additional information (date of creation, employee, and comment).

There are two actions available in the upper right corner:

  • Print the document;

  • Share the link.

How to create a sale in a mobile app?

1. To create a new sale in the mobile application, go to the "Sales" section and click on "+".

2. Add an existing client or create a new client. Read more about the Clients section in the mobile app in this article.

3. By clicking on "+ Service" or "+ Product", select the required products from the list and click on the "Add to sale" button.

Also, when adding a service/product, you can change the price by selecting from the available prices at this location. You can also enter a new price value if you have the “Can edit the service price” and “Can edit the price of goods” permissions enabled.

Save your changes.

Please note that the "Comment" field and adding a client to the sale are optional.

4. After filling out the form, click on the "Save" button.

After saving the sale, you will see a payment window where you need to select a cashbox and add a comment on the payment. After that, click the "Save" button.

Done! The sale has been successfully created.
