An employee with access rights to the Chats section can select a specific chat to link to an existing client or create a new client.

To create a new client, click on the client Link button, a modal window appears in which you can choose to create a client.

Please note that you can only attach one client. You can unlink a client from the chat by clicking on More and then clicking the Unlink button.
