Respond to customer messages from Instagram directly within RemOnline

Hey there! We are excited to announce that the long-awaited integration with Instagram is finally available in RemOnline! So, on the Startup pricing plan and above, you can connect your business pages in just 5 minutes, configure employee access, and respond to customer messages directly in RemOnline with the new Chats module.

Connect Your Instagram Business Pages

Whether you have one or multiple business pages on Instagram, effortlessly link them to your RemOnline account as separate channels. Head to Settings > Chats to streamline all client messages from various pages in one central Chats section, making access and channel management a breeze for your team.

Chats Page: Your Hub for Client Conversations

Once your Instagram pages are linked, new incoming messages are neatly displayed on the Chats page, easily accessible from the left-side menu. Chats are categorized into Open and Closed, with icons indicating whether they're from Facebook or Instagram and specifying the page.

Each chat allows responses of up to 1000 characters. Managing conversations is a breeze – close a chat with one click when a discussion concludes and reopen it just as easily if needed.

Using Integration Alongside Other Communication Services

Curious about integrating Instagram with RemOnline if you're already using other communication services? The answer is a resounding yes. Instagram allows you to connect pages to different services. The only limitation is connecting one business page to one RemOnline account.

If there's no client interaction for more than 7 days, initiating a conversation through RemOnline won't be possible. In such cases, a notification guides you to use a direct link to Instagram Direct. Once the client responds, seamlessly resume communication through RemOnline with a click.

Also, keep in mind that messages received before integrating your Instagram account with RemOnline won't appear here.
