On the Settings > General > Clients page, you can configure the rules for creating clients.
Check the Clients consent by default to receiving notifications on their phone numbers checkbox to automatically enable all communication channels by phone number (WhatsApp, Viber, SMS) when a new client is created. If the checkbox is not selected, you need to manually enable the necessary channels.
Check the Prohibit creating clients if a client with specified phone number already exists checkbox to prevent employees from creating different clients with the same phone number.
Check the box Clients consent by default to receiving notifications via email to automatically confirm the client's consent to receive emails when they are created. If it is not checked, you need to manually enable the “Agrees to receive Email” checkbox in the client's profile.
Check the Prohibit creating clients if a client with specified email already exists checkbox to prevent employees from creating different clients with the same Email.
Be sure to click Save to apply the selected settings.
