Adding and Editing of Services and Products in Work Orders with RemOnline App

Learn how to add services and products to a work order directly from your phone using the RemOnline App

In this article, you will learn how to add or edit labors/services and products in a work order using the RemOnline Work Order mobile application.

Adding labors or services to an order

1. Go to the order card.

2. On the “Order details” tab, in the “Services and products” section, click “+ Service”.

3. Select a labor/service.

You can do this in several ways:

  • select a labor/service from the list

  • tap the search icon to find a labor/service by name (minimum 3 characters)

  • tap the scanner icon to find a labor/service by barcode

If the desired labor/service is not yet in the List of labors and services, then click on the "+" in the upper right corner and select what you want to add - "Service" or "Labor".

Specify the price and other characteristics of the product and click the “Add” button. If necessary, such work can be immediately saved to the general List of works and services.

4. Click “Add to order”.

Adding Products to a Work Order

1. Open a work order.

2. On the Order Details tab in the Service & Products section click "+ Product".

3. Select the warehouse from which you want to write off the product.

Note that you can only select products from one warehouse at a time. That is, if you need to add goods from different warehouses, you need to add them from one warehouse first, and then from another one.

4. Select the product.

You can do this in several ways:

  • select a product/material from the list

  • tap the search icon to find a product by name (minimum 3 characters)

  • tap the scanner icon to search for a product by barcode or serial number (if serialization is enabled)

If the required product is not in stock, then click on the “+” in the upper right corner and select “Product”. Specify the price and other characteristics of the product and click the “Add to order” button.

Please note that, just like in the web version, the product added in this way will be taken into account only when calculating the salary and profit from the order. This is due to the fact that the item has not been received in the warehouse, so it cannot be accounted for in the warehouse.

5. Specify the quantity of the item.

For serial products, you can scan serial number barcodes or select serial numbers manually.

For non-serial products just specify the quantity.

Please note that if you use bin locations, you need to specify the bin and the number of items to be written off.

6. Click “Add to order”.

Editing and Deleting Services and Products in Work Orders

To edit added works and parts, follow these steps:

1. Open a work order.

2. On the Order Details tab in the Service & Products section, tap an item you want to edit.

3. You can change the price per unit, cost price, discount, warranty, quantity, specialist of the performed work/installed part, and add a comment.

Please note that it is not possible to change the number of added items. To do this, you need to remove the product from the work order and add it again in another quantity.

Save the changes, and then save the work order.

To delete added works and parts, follow these steps:

1. Open a work order.

2. On the Order Details tab in the Service & Products section, tap an item you want to delete and then Delete.

Do not forget to save the work order.
