Employee Performance Report

Learn how to measure employee performance in Inquiry conversion

The Employee Performance report shows which employees successfully processed Inquiries and converted them into work orders or sales.

You can create the report on the Reports > Inquiries > Employee performance page.

There are three parameters by which the report is generated:

  1. Period. This parameter allows you to select the time frame for which the report will be generated: today, yesterday, this week, this month, last week, last month, this year, last year and custom.

  2. Location. Here you can select one / several / all locations if there is more than one.

  3. Inquiry type. Here you can filter the report by Inquiry types.

Choose needed parameters and click on the Apply button.

The report is grouped by Inquiry type. You can expand each employee and see all the Inquiries assigned to them during the selected period with status, type, client, comment, and result data.

The Inquiries column displays the number of Inquiries created for the selected period and the total conversion as a percentage.

The Conversion column displays the total number of successfully closed Inquiries, as well as the number of successfully created work orders and sales.

You can customize the display of columns in this report. To do this, click on the table button and tick the required columns.

Also, you can print the report or export it to your PC as an Excel file. Click on Actions and select the desired action.
