Lead Conversion Report

The Lead Conversion report shows how many leads were converted into successful work orders or sales.

You can create the report on the Reports > Leads > Lead Conversion page.

There are two parameters by which the report is generated:

  1. Period. This parameter allows you to select the time frame for which the report will be generated: today, yesterday, this week, this month, last week, last month, and custom.

  2. Location. Here you can select one / several / all locations if there is more than one.

Choose needed parameters and click on the Apply button.

The report is grouped by lead type. You can expand every type and see all the leads created during the selected period with status, manager, client, and result data.

The Leads column displays the number of leads created for the selected period and the total conversion as a percentage.

The Conversion column displays the total number of successfully closed leads, as well as the number of successfully created work orders and sales.

You can customize the display of columns in this report. To do this, click on the table button and tick the required columns.

Also, you can print the report or export it to your PC as an Excel file.
