RemOnline has the ability to add several performers (specialists) in one work order.
Initially, you specify the assigned specialist when creating a work order, on the General info tab.
This specialist is responsible and is displayed on the Services and products tab by default. Here you can also specify other performers and then add services or parts that they completed or installed. Please note that when you change the specialist on the Services and products tab, they do not change on the General info tab.
Important: first, we select the specialist, and then the service/material that they performed/installed. This is necessary for employees to be correctly paid for the work done or for the installed spare part.
If more than one specialist performs the same service, add it separately for each specialist. Then, in each line, indicate which part of the service is performed by a particular specialist.
For example, I added the service “iPhone Software Reset” twice: once with David, and once with Amelie. Next, I indicated what share of the work is performed by each of them: David - 0.5, Amelie - 0.5.
