We’re constantly improving how you communicate with clients and your team — and now we’ve made notification settings more structured and easier to manage.
What’s New:
The Settings > Notifications section is now split into External and Internal notifications
SMS and Email templates are now more flexible and easier to configure
Let’s take a closer look.
External vs. Internal Notifications
To make communication management more intuitive, notifications are now divided into two categories:
External – messages sent to clients
Internal – messages sent to your team (managers and technicians)
Templates for external and internal notifications are also configured separately now. This separation gives you greater control and helps streamline automated messaging for both audiences.
Updated SMS and Email Templates
Each notification template now includes a Type field where you select SMS or Email. Depending on the type, the available fields will adjust:
SMS templates include a Title and a simple Message field
Email templates now include a Subject field (yes, finally!) and an HTML editor
All existing templates have been automatically set to Email. You can change them at any time in Settings > Notifications > External / Internal. In the list view, you’ll immediately see the notification type for each template.
More Upcoming Communication Tools
Here’s what we’re working on next:
Gmail integration for sending notifications directly from your Gmail account
