You can edit existing templates or create new ones on the Settings > Internal notifications and Settings > External notifications pages.
Creating new notification templates for Orders
Notification templates are company-wide and can be used in any location.
1. Go to Settings > Internal notifications > Orders or Settings > External notifications > Orders and press “+ Template”.
2. Specify the type of template (SMS or Email), title, subject (if it is Email), write the message text, and click the "Save" button.
Use variables from the list on the right to add dynamic data that RemOnline will automatically fill from the corresponding fields in your Order forms and Client forms. Variable values in templates look different in ready-to-send notifications.
For instance, the {Client Name} variable value can be Bob (3 characters) or Joseline Stone (14 characters).
This determines the number of characters in notifications (length), and this may in turn lead to sending multiple SMS for too long messages.
Done! Your first notification template for Orders has been successfully created.
Creating new notification templates for Inquiries
1. Go to the Settings > Internal notifications > Inquiries page or Settings > External notifications > Inquiries, then press “+ Template”.

Creating a template when sending notifications
You can also create a new template directly from the window for sending any notification from a contact profile, from the order dialog window, inquiry, etc.
To do this, simply click + Template and fill in all the necessary fields as described above.
Editing notification templates
Click the template title to edit a corresponding notification template. Change what you need and press “Save”.
Hit the template title and press “Remove” to remove a selected notification template from the list.
Select multiple templates, then you can make bulk actions, remove all selected templates at once or duplicate.
