Great news! You can now connect your WhatsApp number to RemOnline via the E-chat service and chat with your clients directly in the system. Even better — this integration is currently completely free, so you can link your WhatsApp number without any additional cost!
Once connected via Settings > Chats, all incoming and outgoing messages will be automatically synced between WhatsApp and RemOnline. The setup takes just a few minutes, making it a fast and seamless way to streamline your client communication.
If you’re looking for an official WhatsApp Business API, use the WhatsApp by Twilio integration — we support it along with two-way SMS messaging.
