We’re thrilled to announce a new feature in RemOnline Chats—tags! Managing conversations just got easier and more organized. Now, you can add tags to your chats to categorize them, streamline workflows, and quickly identify key information.
But that’s not all! With the new tagging system, you can also filter chats by tags, ensuring you find exactly what you need in no time. Whether it’s prioritizing urgent conversations, grouping chats by topic, or tracking specific client interactions, Tags are here to help you stay on top of your communication game.

How to Use Tags in Chats
Creating and Adding Tags to Chats
It’s so easy that you can do that just in a few clicks:
Open a chat and click the tag button.
If the desired tag isn’t available, type it in and press Enter to create and save it to your list.
Once you have a list of tags, select them manually or use the search function.
Editing Tags
Need to make changes? No problem!
Hover over a tag in the list and click the pencil button.
Rename, change the color, or delete the tag as needed.

Filtering Chats by Tags
To filter chats:
Click the filtering button at the bottom of the Chats list.
Select one or more tags to filter by.
Combine tag filters with channel and assignee filters for more precise results—it’s all up to you!
How Many Tags Can I Create?
You can create up to 20 tags and assign up to 3 tags to each chat. Keep in mind that each tag can be up to 10 characters long.
What Comes Next for the Chats Module?
We’re committed to enhancing communication in RemOnline. Therefore we’re working to add the Gmail integration so initially you can send manual and automatic emails from your account and then receive emails directly within RemOnline.
