Creating Inquiries On Calls

To create Inquiries automatically on incoming calls, you need to connect and configure a VoIP integration. You can do this on the Settings > Integrations page. Once the integration is complete, your RemOnline interface will be expanded with the “Call” widget.

Step 1: Hit the + Inquiry button.

Step 2: Fill the necessary information and click Create.
