1. Click on the "RemOnline companion plugin" extension icon and select "Statuses changing".
2. Select the method by which you want to find work orders to change their status. This can be the work order number or the serial number/IMEI/VIN of the assets.
3. Below, you need to enter the work order or assets numbers (depending on which method you have chosen). One line contains one number. You can switch between lines using the Enter button.
Note that this field has a barcode scanner, so you can scan barcodes of work orders or assets.
4. Select the status to which you want to change the work orders selected above and click the Proceed button.
5. Wait for the message about the successful operation.
Now you can refresh the page and check the changes in work order statuses.
Important: when changing work order statuses in this way, any mandatory actions that you have configured for the statuses will be ignored. For example, mandatory creation of a comment or payment when switching to a certain status or accepting a payment when closing an work order (if you close an order using the extension, they will all be closed to the balance of the work orders payer or client).
