As not every Lead is eventually converted into a client, the RemOnline team decided to take Leads into a separate section so you can manage them as an independent business process — routing them and keeping track of every interaction on the Leads page.
Note: This feature is available for all RemOnline users with the Startup subscription plan or higher.
