RO App allows you to quickly inform customers via SMS and email messages.
You can set up automatic sending on the “Settings > External notifications > Bookings” page. Notification templates are used for sending, which can always be customized.
To automatically pull various data from the record into the message, use variables. RO App has several groups of variables for notification templates: Company, Client, Booking, Employee, Date.
Let's take a closer look at the meaning of each variable.
"Company" group
{Company Name} — displays the company name from the Settings > General page.
{Company Address} — the company address specified on the Settings > General page.
{Company Email} — the email address specified on the Settings > General page.
{Company Details} — information from the ‘Details’ field on the Settings > General page.
{Company Note} — data from the “Additional information” field on the Settings > General page.
"Client" group
Variables in this group are related to fields in the contact profile.
{Client Phone Type} — displays the name of the phone number type from the contact profile.
{Client Name} — the full name of the contact (First Name + Last Name, if specified in the corresponding fields).
{Client Phone} — the first phone number of the contact.
{Client Address} — data from the Address field in the contact window.
{Client Email} — displays the email address from the contact window.
{Client First Name} — the first name of the contact.
{Client Last Name} — the last name of the contact.
{Client EDRPOU}, {Client Legal Address}, {Client CEO}, {Client Bank Name}, {Client IFI}, {Client Bank Account}, {Client TIN} — data from the fields of the same name in the contact profile, if the contact type is Organization.
"Booking" group
Variables from this group are related to fields in the booking.
{Booking Location} — the location where the booking was created.
{Booking Status} — the name of the status in which the booking is at the time the message is sent.
{Booking Total Amount} — displays the amount to be paid by the client at the time the message is sent.
{Booking Date} — the date set in the “Date and time” field in the format “20/06/2019”.
{Booking Date 2} - the date set in the “Date and time” field in the format “20 June 2019”.
{Booking Time} - the time set in the “Date and time” field in the format “16:00”.
{Booking Resource} - displays the data from the “Resource” field in the booking.
{Booking Duration} - displays data from the “Duration” field in the booking.
{Booking Comment} - displays data from the ‘Comment’ field in the booking.
“Employee” group
Variables from this group are related to fields in the employee profile.
{Booking Assignee Name} - displays the first and last name of the employee specified in the “Assignee” field in the record. The data is taken from the fields of the same name in the employee's profile on the Settings > Employees page.
{Booking Assignee Phone} - displays the phone number of the employee specified in the “Assignee” field in the record. The data is taken from the fields of the same name in the employee's profile on the Settings > Employees page.
“Date” group
{Today Date} - the current date in the format “21/06/2025”.
{Today Date 2} - the current date in the format “21 June 2025”.
{Booking Created Date} - the date the record was created in the format “18/06/2025”.
{Booking Created Date 2} - the date the record was created in the format “18 June 2025”.
