Mollie is an all-in-one solution for accepting both online and in-person payments, designed for businesses of all sizes. It already simplifies payment processing and money management for over 250,000 companies across Europe.

Some key advantages of Mollie include support for many local European payment methods (such as Klarna, Alma, BLIK, Billie, and more) and competitive pricing — for example, SEPA bank transfers cost just €0.25 with no additional fees. This integration is available on the Startup plan and above.

What RemOnline Integration with Mollie is for?

This integration enables you to receive online payments from clients quickly and conveniently. Once your RemOnline and Mollie accounts are connected, you can easily create and send payment links directly from orders, tickets, or jobs, as well as from the Finance > Payment links section.

After creating a payment link, you can:

  • Copy and manually send it via SMS, email, or chat

  • Set up automatic notification using the {Order Payment URL} variable triggered by an order status change

If multiple payment links are created for a single order, ticket, or job, the variable will use the most recently created link.

Clients can also pay via the public page of an order — just configure which statuses should display the payment button. Learn more about it.

Additionally, you can generate payment links using the RemOnline mobile app and instantly present them as QR codes for quick client payment.

How to Set Up RemOnline and Mollie Integration?
