Weekly Overview for All Employees or Resources

Thanks to your feedback, we’ve enhanced the new Scheduler in the Workflows section. The most requested feature since launch — the Weekly Overview mode — is now available. It shows all scheduled orders for the selected week across all available employees or resources.

This means that:

  • To view your technicians’ overall workload for a specific week, use the Weekly Overview mode.

  • To see detailed schedules for each employee, switch to the Week mode.

Quick navigation tips in Weekly Overview:

  • Click a date to switch to Day mode and view all scheduled orders, tickets, jobs, and estimates for that day across all employees.

  • Click an employee’s name to switch to Week mode and see their detailed schedule.

To create a new order, ticket, or job, simply hover over the desired time or day in the calendar and click to fill in the details.

Updated Scheduled For Fields in Orders, Tickets, and Jobs

We’ve updated how scheduling works in order, ticket, and job forms to make things clearer and more consistent with the new Scheduler interface.

Previously, the Scheduled for field used a combination of date and duration, which required extra settings to account for location working hours. But since the new Scheduler now displays only working hours for locations and employees, that setup became confusing for many users.

What’s changed?

We’ve reformatted the scheduling fields in the order form. Now, instead of a single "Scheduled for" field, you’ll see two fields:

  • Scheduled from – the start date and time of the scheduled order

  • Scheduled to – the end date and time of the scheduled order

If the scheduled time fits within a single day, we’ll also show the calculated duration. Need to adjust it? Just click the duration and choose from suggested time blocks like 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, etc. It’s a quick and convenient way to schedule using common time frames.

You can also fine-tune the order duration directly in the Scheduler by dragging the edge of the order block on the calendar.

This improvement is available across both the web and mobile apps. Please make sure you’ve updated to the latest version of the mobile app.

Lastly, the old setting for whether to consider location working hours has been removed — since non-working hours are no longer displayed at all in the new Scheduler.
